
Selle retsepti valmistamiseks sobivad lihased:
Chimichurri
Ingredients and spices:
125 ml of olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
75 ml fresh chopped parsley
1 clove of garlic
2 smaller onions, finely chop
1 teaspoon chopped basil, thyme or red (or a mixture of the 3)
salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the ingredients in a bowl and
let cool for 2 hours before serving.
